White

Happy New Year everyone! Although it's a little late, hope everyone has had a safe and memorable Christmas, and great start to the new year! We couldn't do our usual Xmas tradition of going to The Winery, which was a bit disappointing, and it also means no Christmas outfits for last year =( However, this outfit has a subtle festive vibe, with the white and sparkles, so it will have to make-do as the Christmas look for 2012!

Don't know why I thought it was even remotely sane to walk through here with these shoes on. Having an incredibly thin heel makes it really difficult to walk in in the first place, let alone on these wooden planks with gaps wider than the heel i'm walking in! Crazy idea. I could barely stand for a minute, but still, the atmosphere of the evening was amazing, and coupled with the gradually pink sky and sparkling lights, my mood could not be dampened.

There's a slight shimmer to this dress, but the camera has failed to capture any of it which is a bit disappointing. I think that's what made it quite special. Also I think i'm in the middle of a love affair with white dresses, or even just white for that matter. Could it be the warmer temperatures, and the start of Summer nights...

You look very pretty and classy. I made the mistake of also waking on planks with heels. I almost tripped when got my heel stuck in a gap. Good thing there was a rail there.

So lovely! The dress is an evergreen ;). You look simply stunning, dear. :) these pictures are great.

Now, don't get me wrong when I say this, but I'm so jealoud because you get to take pictures at that certain location. This is the spot where I always had outfoor dinner when I went to school in Sydney - and it's one of the most lovely spots on earth if you asked me. ;)
Please, please, more outfit shootings there!!

haha you were definitely most brave to wear those heels, period. but i think it was worth it, especially looking at that cute picture of your heels on top of that sign. so cute! and that's too bad you didn't get to do your usual christmas traditions, but this outfit is festive and chic enough to make up for it :)
